2.2 The Site Operator removes from the Site Products that are out of stock. Nevertheless, the Site Operator cannot warrant with certainty that any particular Product is in stock, or guarantee the availability of inventory at any time, and no reliance should be placed thereon.

3.2.6 an obvious and clearly apparent clerical error occurred in the description of the Product, whether in its price or in its description.
3.3 At the payment stage of each transaction, the Company will verify the credit card through a payment-processing company, and the transaction will be approved subject to approval by the credit card company. Transactions will not be approved for holders of credit cards that are blocked or restricted from use in any manner.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 It is hereby clarified that the User shall have no claim, demand, or cause of action against the Company in connection with shipping, other than claims relating to a breach of the obligations set forth in these Terms.
4.2 It is clarified that the Company shall not be liable for delays resulting from incorrect details provided by the User, or for delays attributable to the shipping carrier.
4.3 The Site Operator will deliver Products purchased on the Site to the address in Israel provided at the time the order was placed, in accordance with the delivery terms set out on the Product Page. It is clarified that in areas subject to restricted access for security reasons, as defined from time to time by the security establishment and/or law-enforcement authorities, the Site Operator and/or the shipping companies may deliver the Products to customers at a customary nearby location, to be coordinated with them in advance.
4.4 The Site Operator and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable to the customer for any delay not exceeding 7 business days from the date on which the customer notified the Site Operator of a delay in receiving the Product.
4.5 Products will be delivered by registered mail, by home courier, or by self-collection from the Site Operator’s warehouses, in accordance with the sale terms set out on the Product Page.
4.6 Delivery timeframes set out on the Product Page count full business days only (Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays), from the date the order is completed:

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy
5.1 A purchaser on the Site may cancel a transaction subject to, and in accordance with, the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations promulgated thereunder (the “Consumer Protection Law”).
5.1.1 In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, customers of the Company who ordered a Product that is a dietary supplement are not entitled to cancel the transaction. Nevertheless, in exceptional cases only and strictly as a gesture of goodwill (ex gratia), the Company shall be entitled — but not obligated — to allow its customers to cancel such a transaction for the purchase of dietary supplements, as described in Sections 5.2, 5.3, and 5.4 of these Terms.
5.2 Cancellation prior to shipment. A customer wishing to cancel a transaction/sale before the order has been shipped may do so by sending a written cancellation notice by email to: [email protected].

5.4 Cancellation after shipment. A Product may be returned within 14 days of the date of its receipt, provided that it has not been used and remains in its original packaging. The Product is intended for personal use only; accordingly, opening the packaging shall be deemed use.
5.5 Cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformity, the Site Operator may, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, charge the customer a cancellation fee of 5% of the Product price or ILS 100, whichever is lower. In such a case, the customer must return the Product to the Site Operator’s warehouses, at the address to be provided to the customer, at the customer’s own expense. A customer requesting that the Product be collected from the place at which it was delivered, or from any other location, subject to the Site Operator’s approval, shall bear the shipping costs of such collection.
5.6 Inspection of delivery. You are requested to inspect the contents of the delivery immediately upon its receipt and to compare it both with the order and with the invoice provided to you together with the delivery, without delaying the courier. For any question or inquiry regarding an order that has been delivered, you may contact customer service via the “Contact Us” page on the Site within 24 hours of the time of delivery. If the Product arrives damaged or defective in any way, the Company will supply a new Product to the customer at the Company’s expense.
